Binding clauses

Fraud, Tampering & Immediate Termination Clause

Any unauthorized alteration, amendment, addition, deletion, forgery, falsification, fabrication, misrepresentation, misuse, or manipulation of this Certificate, its contents, signatures, seals, endorsements, subscriptions, attachments, or any related document or information, or the submission of any false, misleading, or fraudulent claim or representation, shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement. Such conduct shall result in the immediate and irrevocable revocation and termination of the Contract, Certificate, and all associated rights and privileges without prior notice. The offending party shall be held fully liable for all losses and damages arising therefrom and shall be subject to the fullest extent of applicable civil, criminal, and regulatory action, with the issuing authority reserving all rights and remedies available under the law.

Payment Authorization Clause

Under no circumstances shall any employee, representative, agent, or any other person solicit, receive, or accept payments in any personal bank account or in the account of any third party or any other company. All payments must be made exclusively to the officially designated bank accounts of ABS DEVELOPERS & BURJ QUAID. Any payment made to an unauthorized account shall be solely at the payer's risk, and Kaaf Holdings shall bear no responsibility or liability for such transactions.

An authorized dealer may introduce clients and facilitate approved sales — they may not collect payments, change prices, offer discounts, or commit Kaaf Holdings to anything in writing.
